Welcome to Sangi Mail, an API-first email infrastructure and inbox platform designed and operated by Tech Sangi. By utilizing our services, API interfaces, and dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

Sangi Mail is engineered for business communication, transactional updates, and collaborative team messaging. Sending spam, bulk unsolicited marketing materials, phishing attempts, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their API access revoked and domains permanently blacklisted.

2. API Rate Limiting & Performance

To maintain high deliverability and system stability, Sangi Mail implements request rate limiting. Excessive throughput exceeding system margins may result in temporary throttling. Custom server setups and higher quotas are available on a request subscription basis.

3. Domain and DNS Configuration

Users are solely responsible for updating SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS settings on their custom domains. Sangi Mail provides verification utilities to guide setup, but does not manipulate or access your external DNS provider directly.

4. Liability & Service Level

Tech Sangi provides Sangi Mail infrastructure with a target 99.99% deliverability and uptime. However, we are not liable for outbound delivery failures caused by receiving server policies, network degradation, or third-party DNS changes.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, where our core technology operations reside.
